Design and Performance

The Aircon design of mesh filters effectively deletes air contaminants.

The filters surface traps and holds large capacities of dust, dirt and other air contaminants.

Laboratory tests show peak performance on all types of airborne lint, pollen and dust.

Filters are easily maintained to give continuous maximum performance.

Permanent Efficient Application

TYPE A-5 - Aluminum Framed Channel Construction around perimeter of crimped layers of aluminum media. Designed to produce even distribution of air and minimize surface loading filter. Performance capabilities of filter to trap and hold large amounts of dust and dirt is exceptional. Loading capacity of filter is renewed upon washing and recoating with filter-spray.

Lightweight because it is made of aluminum, this permanent filter is ruggedly constructed. Quality materials and excellent workmanship assure longer life and performance. Designed to out-perform many competitive economy-oriented filters.

Industrial/Institutional Application

TYPE A-6 - Rugged all steel construction with an all-steel frame. (Galvanized, stainless steel, Bronze or Monel available) Designed specifically for institutional-industrial use with extra-exceptional dust and dirt holding capabilities. Extreme laboratory tests show the performance capability of this type filter to be outstanding and highly competitive. (Corrosion resistant) The media is crimped layers of metal (galvanized, stainless steel, bronze or monel is available) enclosed around perimeter with frame of same material.

Filters may be washed, with warm water, detergents or steamed. Drain holes are provided for removal of excess water. After washing, filters should be re-coated with filter spray.
